You must reference the DIR contract number DIR-CPO-5692 on your purchase order.

E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.

All products sold under this contract carry the original manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer or your Avinext sales person and they can assist you in getting warranty support. Warranty uplifts and extensions may be available for certain products offered under this contract. Ask your Avinext sales representative for more information.

All returns must be approved in advance and require an RMA number before returns will be accepted. To request an RMA form, contact support@avinext.com. Returns are valid for 15 days and must have the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Depending on condition of the product at the time of receipt by Avinext or manufacturer, returns may be subject to restocking fees or denied altogether. Special orders or custom solutions are non-returnable.
